So i have officaly decided that Christmas is the best time of year, and everyone should be happy that it's almost here!!
I know to some people it's about the presents, but for me it's all about the fact that I get to be with my family, and that no matter what I always have a smile on my face. Singing Christmas songs with my mom and brothers, dancing around my house, is the funnest thing a person like me could ever have in their life.
The only reason I'm really spitting this all out, is because sometimes around me in the midsts of all the hustle and bustle, I see people who get selfish, and people who really aren't in on Christmas for the love of their family, and the time they get to spend with them. Sometimes I wonder, what it would be like to be a child with no family, and no home. Are they still thankful? Do they still smile come Christmas day? All of us have it so much better than some people. Sitting here, being on our computers everyday, in our dry clothes, when the past few days while it was raining some people had no shelter to go to. Really, I just realize that so many people only think about themselves during Christmas. Why do we do that? Humans revolve around them self. It's like an ever man for him self type of deal, and it's kind of ridiculous. For one Christmas, I just wish that a good majority of the US would help out to those who need it. Do you know how much that would help if just one person who was better off than most, gave some money, or even food or clothing to help out the ones who need it. THAT WOULD BE SOOOOOOOO AMAZING!
It's Christmas people. We don't need to just think about receiving. Let's try thining about giving for once. Let's think about all the good things that come out of being with our loved ones, and how we benefit and are better of than others are. Let's stop and think.
